The Practitioner uses the AIM model as a structured coaching tool. They guide individuals through a single AIM cycle, identify coherence gaps at surface level, and support clients in formulating concrete commitments. The Master uses The Coherence Method as their central coaching framework. They administer and debrief the full diagnostic independently, work with the Gap Matrix, design multi-session development programmes, and can deploy the method with individuals, teams, and organisations. The Instructor is the guardian of the method's integrity. They design and deliver Practitioner and Master training programmes, evaluate and certify candidates at Levels 1 and 2, and represent The Coherence Method in institutional and public contexts.
